Should I really go for charts everytime I trade...??

I was wondering with one confusion I had if people can really predict the future rise and fall in the market, why can't they make money for themselves. Rather than giving others tips and charts. I wanted to know whether it is really worth to pay for tips and charts while trading or just go with the instinct and luck.....??

According to me some of the companies are very good at charts others are fakes. I really don worry about all of that while trading......you need to know certain things like, the yearly budget, oil prices and stuffs like that...

I know about that but I still can't figure it out proper these things. May be your right I am still confusedconfused.
